Ingredients
1/2 cup of Fresh Milk
2 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons butter
Salt
Pepper
Place the potatoes in a large saucepan of salted water (to increase the boiling point of water) and bring
to a boil. Cook at a low boil for about 20 minutes, until tender.
Drain the potatoes, place in a mixing bowl, and add the butter.
Mash together with a fork, until the butter is blended with the potatoes.
Add milk and mash again, until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Season with salt and pepper.
